You benchmark and challenge the current operation and, in close cooperation with the area specialists, develop a roadmap to further integrate sustainability within the company worldwide.
You define the priorities, together with the Group Management, and you implement internal dashboards, KPIs and indicators to facilitate reporting and track performance.
You organize training meetings to inform employees about company policies to secure internal buy-in and to bring people to results.
You are the driver – together with our marketing and communication department – for all external communication of progress to inspire and increase the awareness of our initiatives and to improve our public image of a sustainable company.
You represent the company externally, build partnerships, promote and upscale our sustainability activities across the value chain and inspire others to become agents of change.
You work closely together with investor relations to pro-actively track, monitor and answer the sustainability questions from our investors.
You continuously educate yourself regarding current developments in green technology, waste reduction and related legislation and climate programs to provide useful and progressive advisement.

You have obtained a Master’s Degree (or are equivalent through experience) and you have at least 5 years of experience in sustainability in the manufacturing industry.
You are a strategic and forward thinker with the ability to manage and effectively prioritize projects.
You have strong communication skills. You are able to connect with all levels in the organization and to build a strong network internally and externally.
You have a broad societal interest and you stay informed with the latest policies and trends in sustainability worldwide.
You want to work in an international environment. Travel is not an issue.
