You are responsible for the development of new innovative products for a global market in Filtration products (liquid and air filtration, medical, …).

Performing an analysis of raw materials, intermediate and finished products in alignment with customer specifications.

Establish technical specifications, protocols and operation standards to ensure a seamless transfer to manufacturing.

Monitor and implement lab instructions and methods.

Run a future new high tech filtration lab.

Development of Road-Map projects as well as the coordination of funding projects.

Direct reporting line to the group R&D and Innovation Director.
Het Profiel
Master in the chemistry, physics, process engineering or similar studies
5 years of working experience in relation to filtration, knowledge about raw textiles, production and finishing of technical textiles
Strong communicative skills and fluent in English as well as Dutch and French.
You are a team player and have a hands-on as well as creative mindset.
IT Minded and experience with SAP is a plus.
Characterised as an analytical and result driven problem solver with an innovative mind.
Experience in project management, patents, Minitab as well as design of experiments are a plus.
Prepared to travel abroad.
